Have you tried drumscanning yet? I tell you I am amazed by the two slides I sent to drumscanning.co.uk - Tim did such a great job. The scans are huge and the quality is beyond any scan I have seen before. Tim has an offer to test his services free of charge on his website - so why not go ahaead and try it out? Velvia 50 was my go to film for almost a year. But I am now playfully enjoying the low cost, big exposure latitude of print film. It certainly is difficult to scan, but sometimes the results are really nice. Any advice on shooting Ektar? This is a campfire I had a couple weeks back with friends. We sat around a stone circle in the garden and roasted some homemade "stickbread". Everybody should spend more time making campfires and watching the stars! I was truly blown away looking down at the lighttable at my local film lab. I did never envision this quadruple exposure to be so perfect and awesome. The way it is a vortex, the ball in the middle, the nice cloud that is always in the corner of the frame and of course it being a square in a square format camera just make it so special to me. I am in quite a lot of changes recently, moving to Munich, finishing my studies and showing more and more work of mine in public places. It is confusing and hard, but the opportunities to present my photos to others just make it all so very worthwhile. I just hope there are some nice sunsets in Munich. All the best to all of you filmflickerers!
I went on a fantastic hike with my friends in the black forest, sleeping next to forest spirits in hammocks and eating berries on the mountainslopes. First time use of Ektar 400. Mamiya C330s
My father saved up his money when he was younger to buy a AGFA CLICK Camera made of Bakelit plastic. Getting tired from the weight of the Mamiya I took it for a spin at christmas. I must say a few exposures were really nice - not bad for such an old and cheaply made camera with only 1/30 and f8 / f11. Be sure to press L Web | Prints | Instagram |
I am printing this one in 1 meter by 1,3 meters for a client right now!

You are kindly invited to come to my exhibition opening! It is on the 30th of August in the centre of Berlin! All dates on the Flyer here and on my website. The ellaborate garden to the west, the castle to the east. No tourist can ever combine them in one view. So I just went ahead and created the vision I have of this castle. Can you imagine the mad royals in their dresses, chasing ladies and walking the large estate? Be sure to press L Web | Prints | Instagram |
